A framework is only useful if it survives an operator audit and a crew change. We define the roles, write the matrix, run the assessments and set out how someone moves from trainee to supervisor.
Training and procedures are written for specific branded OEM equipment and for the common equipment used across the industry, whatever its make, and jobs are simulated before they are run. For very niche equipment, we create tailored training.
When a job is unusual, marginal or has already gone wrong, we provide the engineering: forces and hydraulics analysis, the job simulated before the unit is mobilised, and post-job evaluation that finds the real cause.
The simulator, mid-runOur simulator puts a coiled tubing unit’s control cabin in the browser. Trainees work the BOP panel through a kick, a parted coil or a leak on test, and every lever, call and decision is scored.
